Thank you so much for our girls and boy.
They have been the best dogs we have ever had. They each have
their own little personality and yet they fit so well with our
family. We highly recommend Huckleberry Hound to all of our friends
and family that our looking for small dogs.
Again thank you.
Rich, Stephanie and Chase (This family first got Maggz, chocolate/tan longhair, then Charmer, black/tan longhair,
and then added Bandit chocolate/tan longhair. Very spoiled and well loved Huck-A-Pups)

Moriah, I've been meaning to send you an update on Stella for weeks and I'm finally getting
around to it. She's doing great - loved by all who meet her. I've attached some recent pictures. Her and our golden
retriever, Lehua, play rambunctiously when Lehua isn't busy ignoring Stella. We also share our yard with a young french
bulldog and she and Stella will race around the yard and wrestle until exhaustion sets in. We've discovered that Stella gets cranky when she's cold and so we made her her
own rice heating pads. We heat them up in the microwave and put them in her bed and she snuggles right up to them. (I think
there is a camo heating pad in one of the pics). Training
is going pretty well - as expected, there are good days and bad. She listens very well most of the time and is quickly learning
new commands. In the last weeks she has started to let us know when she needs to go outside maybe 50% of the time. Once
she learns to consistently let us know 'it's time', we will be house trained! I just wanted to let you know that she is doing well and that we love her! Her coat is
beautiful and she's growing up to be a strong little girl. She weights just over 6 lbs at this point and you can see
her muscles ripple below her skin. Every time we take her out, we get tons of compliments about her unique and pretty coat
and her stunning green eyes. Everyone says something like 'I've never seen one that color before.' I hope the
other puppies are doing just as well. Thanks again
and I'll let you know when she gets spayed and keep pictures coming every now and then.
Tessa

Moriah,
Colonel is doing really great. He loves being around people and he is best friends with the cats. He's getting really
big! Today at the vet he was 5.5 lbs. Everything is going well and he is very healthy. If anything changes I will let you
know! I have including a few recent pictures.
Thanks, Jacqi
Everything is fine and dandy with our
puppy Moosia (chunky monkey). She is a character that;s for sure. At the same time we also have a kitten and they are the
best of friends, all they do is run and go crazy together playing!!! We are having a hard time getting Moosia potty trained,
but I have always found it hard with this breed of dog, but we will keep working on it!!! She is so loving and my wife loves
it, we took Moosia in for a check up last week and everyone in the clinic just fell in love with her and the doctor said
she is healthy as can be!! I will send you pictures and keep you updated! Jory and Lilii
Hi
Lorina Hope all is well and healthy, Tillie is
doing great and growing strong! Here are some new pics. I was tempted to take the latest female from Navajo and Reese,
but Tammy said no! Our black lab is about 12 years old and he's her best buddy! So as he ages we'll be thinking of
another pup. Sincerely Bill and Tammy

Hi Moriah,
Everything
is going great with Tristan. He is such a great puppy. Hard to believe he's going to be 10 months May 8th.
He has a great personality and gets along great with everyone. A little more timid than Cooper, and runs to Mom when
he gets nervous. LOL Where Cooper loves to attack the hose, swiffers and vacuums! Tristan's become Randy,
my husbands little buddy and follows him everywhere. He is so spoiled I have to say. I can't wait for summer! My little helpers have been busy helping me get my garden ready to plant. I
dig, and of course so do they. LOL Tristan is such a good looking puppy,
long and lean and such pretty colors. Hope you and your
family have a great summer.

Rory is doing great- Don't know what I would do without him! He is quite the lil dog. He is a
big snuggler to which sometimes leaves little room for me in bed, esp. when he is dreaming and starts to move his feet like
he is running and he lets out these lil barks-pretty amusing lil guy. He has converted a lot of friends/family who were
weary of dachshunds (including my sister who is in the picture w/ him) into becoming big fans and wanting one of their own!
Thanks again!!! Sierra + Rory

Moriah, Luna is doing great! She is a wonderful
addition to our family and is loved by all. Our vet has given her rave
reviews and loves her friendly personality. Luna is such a loving and protective
dog to the kids. She sits outside their bedroom during nap time and eagerly
waits for them to get up in the morning. Luna love to play catch and enjoys
spending time at the ranch amongst the cows. We are very pleased with Luna
and very impressed with Huckleberry Hound. We hope to do business with
you again in the years to come. Thank you so much for such a wonderful
dog! The Hoffmann
Family
Hey again! Jed is doing GREAT! He is the cutest and most lovable little ween. :) He is so
great with other dogs, and gets along with everyone....(they all think he's the cutest thing they've ever
seen...because he IS!) :) Thank you for such a great lil guy! I'm sure we'll be back (soon) to get
him a "little" pal. hehe!!! Bailey
We are doing great :) Oakley is doing really
well with the training and sleeping pretty good. He does get up once in the middle of the night to go out. He
loves to eat, I feed him and he still wants more and more. And he likes to chew. We are having so much fun with him.
I will send you pix soon. Thanks again, you guys do a great job. Stephanie Hello, Just thought I would send you a couple
pics of Oakley. He is growing fast and is such a lover. He is doing
great on the potty training, YEAH. Hope you are doing well and
again thank you so much :) Stephanie

Hi Massey family!!
Cooper is doing fantastic. We just had our yearly vet appointment and he weighs 15 pounds. Cooper has
the best temperament I could ever ask for. He is so laid back and he adores everyone he meets, even small children. His favorite
things to do are go for long rides in the car and hike up Blue Mountain with his brothers. Right now, Cooper is eagerly
waiting to go up to the lake house on Flat Head lake to go swimming. I have thought about enrolling him in the AKC good
citizen award program; I would love to take him to visit hospitalized children at CMC. I think he would do really well in
an environment like that.
Thank you for the amazing
companion. He is my "Super Cooper". :)
-Libby

Moriah,
We are doing great! We named the little girl Stella. We started with piddle pads, but decided they were
adding confusion to the issue. Now we are racing outside way too many times a day! She is great at pottying as soon as we
get outside, but still hasn't learned to tell us when she needs to go outside. I suspect that will improve over the next
weeks. Nights have been great. She sometimes sleeps through the night without needing to potty and other times needs to
get up once or twice. She cries only when she needs to potty - we were very impressed. She is getting along great with all
the people and the other dogs she has met. This morning, our golden retriever and her had their first real play session.
It was adorable and fun for all. We think they will be great friends and there is already signs that the older dog is feeling
protective of little Stella.
Overall, she is a very sweet
dog. She has already won the hearts of several who claimed that they "don't like small dogs." She's also
feisty and fun during the day. We are having a great time - thanks for raising such a great pup.
I've attached a few photos and I'll keep them coming.
Tessa

Hi Been some time since we sent you some pics of the kids but here are
a couple to see. We really love these gals that we got from you and they have grown! Charmer is the bigger of them all even
bigger than are Hank, and as you can see Maggz is the smallest. She is my little baby and is kind of the Princess of the group.
Steph says when I was gone overnight she was a real monster to the others. Charmer is very well named she will go above and
beyond to get attention. Anyway thank you so much for all the joy you have given us. And thanks for all the updates on new
puppies, we keep looking but I do not think we can have another, but we keep looking. LOL
Rich Chase Steph...
Our Benelli Hazelnut is an adorable
girl who looks like a baby English Setter. Everyone can't believe she is a ween. She is healthy, happy, and we all love her. Except maybe not Nigel, her sibling,
who is 7 yrs older then her. He can take her or leave her :)
Hope all those babies are fine!
Debbie
Kiddo is the most lovable, adorable,
and smartest puppy, he is everything you could ever wish for in the perfect dog. I guess from that you could say I'm
more than pleased with my Huck-A-Pup, He is loving the snow and is a complete clown as he bounces through the drifts.
He had a chance to chase some deer the other day so now he thinks that he is the protector and terror of the property.
I love my Kiddo.

Josie is a fireball!! She runs around the house like a bullet
playing with her kitten sister. Josie has bonded with me since I am with her all day when Macyn is at school.
She likes to go for rides in the car and if it is a long trip she climbs up to my shoulders and sleeps on my neck while
I am driving. She is adorable and everywhere we go people want to see her but she is a little shy of being touched
by other people. We have a lot of leaves in the yard and when she gets running through them it is hard to see
where she is but then she comes barreling out with her big dumbo ears flying in the wind. Thanks for a great puppy and I will keep you updated.
Hi
Moriah Tillie is doing great and becoming very spoiled,
she's definitely Tammy's baby! Hope all is well and healthy, stay safe and we will continue to update pics!
Sincerely Bill and Tammy
He's doing great - a great addition to our family.

Just a short note to tell you Tristan is doing great! Hard to believe he
is 4 months old. He loves his new buddy Cooper, and they get along great. He is such a sweet dog and every one that
see's him think he is such a handsome little guy. Thanks for such a great pup. Tammy

Hey Moriah, Zoey is doing great she goes to the door
when she has to potty so I think we have the potty training down for the most part lol. I had to build a ramp so
she could get up and down the stairs we have in our house. She has to be where ever I am at all times lol it so
funny she also has a little ramp that she uses to get up on to our bed and the couches. She is totally spoiled. Yes she sleeps
in the bed with us, she has her own little place on our bed in between our pillows it's cute. She is our little princess
lol. Here are a few pics of her, I will send you more as she grows. Thank you so much for a great pup. She
just loves to be loved and loves to cuddle with me when I'm on the couch when I get home from work. Oh yeah
and she love to watch t.v. when we are on the couch she sits in my lap and just watches the t.v. its so funny. Have a great
day and enjoy the pics! Thanks Holly.

Hey, Jed is doing so good here! Drew and I absolutely adore him(of course), and the big dogs and Jedders
get along soooo well! In fact they are all cuddling right now on the doggy bed :) Porter(the saint bernard) and
Jed are big into wrestling. Poor Jed thinks he's as big as Porter and really gets into it with him! haha It's
definitely a sight to see. And, you should see him with our kitty! They just love eachother and I often catch
them sleeping together on the couch! He loves sleeping in bed with us, and enjoys stealing the big dogs treats if they
let it hit the ground! ;) He's such a sweetie and he's really starting to learn his role in the house!
(Which is "Do whatever you want because we're the boss around here.") His bark is so raspy and cute...and
he doesn't use his voice very often which I LOVE!! All in all, he's still a fantastic match for us!
We love him to death! Thanks for helping us get the best lil doxie around! :D Bailey and
Drew

Hello! Rory is doing great! He spends his days
laying in the sun, being a "guard dog", going for car rides and trying to sneak in as many sticks as possible into
the house. His coat turned out amazing. It's so soft and a wide variety of browns throughout. It's
growing out for the colder months to come and b/c his last hair cut cost almost as much as mine! Thanks again for everything.
Hopefully someday soon Rory can get a brother or sister from you guys! Sierra and Rory

Hello Massey family! This is Cooper Bass. I am doing awesome! I am
getting along great with my brothers and with all the neighborhood dogs as well. Even though my brothers are way older than
me, I am always better behaved than both of them put together. I never tear anything up and I always come when called....unless
I see the neighbor's cat, of course. Hehehe. I love to play with all the kids in the neighborhood. I have never met a
dog or person that I didn't like. I have a beautiful coat that is easy to maintain, and I
weigh just about ten pounds. I love getting brushed every few days and baths aren't too bad either. Usually I just lay
down in the bath tub while Libby scrubs me down. I love water! I went swimming up in flathead lake this summer and I had a
blast! And I also like to get really, really dirty in the mud. It drives libby nuts. :) Libby
says that whenever she ever gets another dachshund, she will go back to you guys for sure! I guess that means I'm a pretty
awesome dog. :) Here are some pictures just taken today. Libby's computer broke a couple weeks
ago, so hopefully these phone pictures will turn out okay. Love, Cooper Bass Aka- super cooper
weenie dog

Our first blue piebald girl went to live in Bozeman with Gillian "Lina
is doing so well! She is pretty big now, a huge mamma's girl, and she loves everyone. We all love her to death! -Gillian"

Lorina and Moriah, Just
a short note to let you know that Tristan is doing great. "Prince Tristan" as my granddaughter Felicia calls
him. He is getting along great with Cooper. My daughter Nicole had to see him so she drove from Kalispell with her two
Dachshunds, Yoshi and Boomer. She thinks he is gorgeous, and says he's like a teddy bear. He is a little
playful guy, and a real snuggler. Gonna be another mama's boy I think. All the dachshunds get along great. Thanks again, Tammy

|
| Tristan at 6 weeks old |
Kiddo is doing great, I think he really loves his new home. I know he has me wrapped around his little paw.
Took him to the vet everything looks good and the vet gave him his second series of shots. The group at the clinic just
couldn't get over how cute he is. Cody, his adopted big brother, took 3 days to say, "I guess you are here
to stay". They get along terrific and Cody is so gentle with him. Potty training is going well, but it keeps
me on my toes. He does sleep all night, so that
is good. I get smothered with kisses about 5:00 and we have to get up and go outside. We went to Helena last
weekend and he is a great traveler. I guess I will
have to stop bragging on him. Will keep in touch. Jo & Kiddo

Hey Massey family. Thanks for sending that stuff in the mail the other day. Here is a picture of Oscar with
my sisters dog Chloe. They get along really well and are quite cute together. Oscar is a very friendly dog, and I am very
fortunate to have him (Thanks again!). He still struggles with house training somewhat, but he is getting alot better. Thats
really the only negative thing, besides that he is doing great. hope all is well with you guys and thanks again, Andy

(From the Wilson family in Canada, who brought home our 1st Isabella girl from Tir and Moose's
1st litter.) Hey there, we've finally got updated pictures of Sophie. We recently adopted a new dachshund,
named Macy. (Far right on all the photos.) Sophie and her have become best friends! Sophie's really turned into quite
a crazy dachsie. She loves her walks, and has such a HUGE personality. We couldn't be happier with her! She's still
pretty small, just incredibly long! She really adores everyone she meets, once she warms up to them a bit. We'll keep
sending more updated pictures !

Moriah, Dax is doing really really well, he's made friends with all of the neighbors
and is a big hit with all our friends. He's eating well now and crate training is moving along well, he still messes in
the house some but that's in large part always due to us not paying close enough attention. We took Dax to the vet yesterday,
he got all of his 8 week shots and the vet says he is perfectly healthy!!!! :) his next appointment will be around July 1st
for is 12 week appointment. Thanks
again. Amy
Hello- Rory is doing great! He is very lovable and cuddly yet very feisty. When I take him for walks many
people have stopped me to ask about him and are amazed he is a weiner dog. He brings a lot of joy to the house.
He is growing big- I have attached some pictures, which are mostly of him sleeping because having a puppy pose for pictures
is impossible while they are awake! Thanks again! Sierra

"Hey ! This is the daughter of Rochelle, AKA the new mum of Sophie-Lee
(Isabella puppy). Sophie's doing absolutely fantastic here! We absolutely adore her, she has the most amazing personality
ever. She just runs and runs and runs. She never tires out! She's so sweet, and has grown so fast! We couldn't have
found a better puppy to fit in with us, she has the prettiest eyes ever! I love her so much, thank you sooooo much for such
an amazing little puppy! (: We'll send better pictures later, once she can sit still for a few minutes to take a
good picture! Haha,"

___________________________________________________________________________ Hello Massey Family! This is Cooper Bass. I just
wanted to send you a picture and tell you how good I am doing! I am doing really well at going potty outside, although it
gets very cold at night and I have to wear a sweater. My brothers, Tanner and Cujo, both like me. Cujo didnt really
care for me at first, but now he loves me! Tanner and I have so much fun. We play all day long! I went to the vet yesterday
and I weigh a little over 5 pounds! The vet said that I was very healthy and very handsome! :) I hope my mom,
dad, brothers and sisters are doing well. I will keep in touch and send more pictures as I keep getting bigger. I
dont sit still for very long, and it is hard for Libby to take good pictures of me. Happy Thanksgiving! -Cooper Bass

| Quin |
It's going fantastic! We are having so much fun!! My family included. She is a little ball
of joy. A interesting character! Quinn is what I have chosen. And she is currently asleep. Quinn is doing pretty good
with potty training. I take her out after eating or drinking or playing. Which sometimes we do the playing outside. and at
first she was unsure which can be expected, but now she's getting good at doing her job first thing which is nice because
it's chilly and I think she agrees. I'm absolutely smitten with her!! My little brother and Quinn get along
great! I'm glad I found your website! Amanda ______________________________________________________________________________________________
Lorina! Thank
you so much. We are moved beyond words by your generosity! He is doing very well. We looked for a name that was an anagram
of Miracle and came up with Carimel! With his coloring,
it fits, but the weirdest part is that he does A LOT of things like Miracle! Like his yawns; he makes the same little noise,
he growled when we talked about the vet who wanted to put Miracle down when we first got him, he's calm like Mir. and
a number of other things that just remind us of our little angle, like he loves this little noise Tom makes, that Mir loved
also. It's just great. But yet, he is his own little pup, somewhat independent, can hold his own with my niece's 3
month old Doxie Pug, pup. It's all just awesome! So once again, I wanted to take a minute this a.m. and thank
your wonderful family for this unbelievable gift. Bless you all! Love, Theresa, Tom, Emily and Carimel!

Hi Lorina- Just thought I would send a few photos of the kids and Clancey meeting Skippy. Clancey and Skippy are doing great together as they get to know each other. We all love him!

______________________________________________________________________________________________ Hey! Things are going great! Cooper is doing really well in his new home (yeah, I finally figured out a name. Haha).
He is quite the fiesty little fellow with the bigger dogs. He sticks up for himself and growls when they make him mad.
LOL. The crate training jig is also going really well. He only cries for roughly 15 minutes when we put him in
there to go to bed. I remember our older dachsie would cry for hours and hours in the beginning. Anyways, all is well over here. Here is
a picture of Cooper with Tanner. I will send you more as he grows up! He fits in nicely with us. and he
has the biggest personality. :D -Libby
