• The breeder guarantees this dog to be in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of purchase.  Color of puppy is not guaranteed as colors may lighten or darken as the puppy gets older. 
• The breeder guarantees that this dog has been given all vaccinations and worming appropriate for his/her age since birth.
• Buyer shall have 14 days to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.   If the puppy is not found to be in good health, the breeder shall be contacted on the same day with a letter from the veterinarian stating the problem.  The breeder will do everything possible to work out a solution that will please Buyer. 
• After 14 days there will be no warranty on infectious diseases or any illnesses which can be treated with medications. 
• The breeder will provide a 2 year guarantee on any life threatening or debilitating congenital/hereditary or genetic diseases.  Diagnosis must be made by a licensed veterinarian and provided in writing to the breeder.  Replacement of puppy will be made as soon as one of the same value/sex becomes available.  This does not apply to faults or defects which were made known at the time of purchase.  CASH REFUNDS will only be made at the discretion of the breeder.
• We reserve the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian we choose at our expense for a second opinion.
• The breeder will not be held responsible for any vet bills incurred and are the responsibility of the buyer.
• This contract is between the ORIGINAL purchaser and breeder only. 
• If a situation arises in which the buyer can no longer care for the dog, the buyer must contact the breeder for a return without a refund, before sending the dog to a pound/dog rescue/shelter/ or selling/giving to a stranger.

Registration Papers

• This puppy was born of registered parents (AKC).  This puppy is initially sold as a companion/pet with limited registration papers.  When this puppy has been altered (spayed or neutered) the owner can send a copy of the alter certificate to the breeder and the AKC registration papers will be sent to the owner.
• If the purchaser would like unlimited registration (so the puppy may be bred/shown) there will need to be discussion and agreement between the purchaser and breeder and there may be an additional fee.
• To discuss unlimited registration please contact the breeder.

Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions and realizes that failure to follow said terms and conditions will void this agreement and guarantee.
