We are a family of two parents and six children and several dogs that live in northwest Montana.  We are not a kennel and our dogs are all pets and live in our home with us.

The main people involved is a mother daughter team.  Moriah is the person you will most likely be talking to either via email or phone.  We made this decision early on when both Moriah and I (the mom) were talking to (and promising) different families the same puppy.  We felt very bad and decided that all contacts about sending puppies home will go through one person so there will be no confusion or situations like that again.

Moriah lives in Billings, Mt. and has some of the dogs with her (Luli is her very spoiled baby).  Some live with me at my house getting well socialized with our 4 year old.  Most babies are birthed here with me as I am a nurse and have the birthing experience.

All the dogs get to go spend time on the ranch with Moriah's dad.  He lives 2 miles out of town on 5 acres in the middle of several hundred acres (owned by his extended family).  The dogs LOVE it out there.  They dig (like doxies love to do), chase and hunt little rodents and just spend time in the wide open place.  It is kind of like summer camp, and they take turns out there.

A bit more about us if you are interested:
I was a vet tech in the U.S. Army 1987 to 1992 stationed at Ft. Dix, NJ.  I got my veterinary training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Institue of Research in Washington, D.C.  I raised and showed Persian and Himalayan cats for 10 years.  I am now a nurse practitioner.

Moriah is an ICU nurse at Billings Clinic Hospital and plans on continuing to become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. She makes trips back and forth every 6-8 weeks and tries to time it with puppy pick up times to save families the drive to either Billings or Hot Springs.

Other members of the human family include my oldest son and his wife in Arizona.  He is an IT guy and she is a teacher.  My oldest daughter and her husband and two sons in South Dakota.  She is a preschool teacher and he is a physical therapist.  Then comes Moriah.  My youngest daughter is married, her husband is in the NAVY out on a sub; she is attending Dartmouth to become a doctor.  The two youngest boys include a teenager in high school and then the little surprise that is in preschool.

I am so very blessed with my children.
